Counts describe source records, not unique donors. Subtotals retain signed corrections; refunds are separate and may relate to earlier contributions. Repeated transaction identifiers or uncertain attribution withhold a subtotal while leaving the records available. No net donation balance or complete amendment history is inferred.

Campaign summaries have their own report-through dates. The contribution, refund and outside-spending streams do not supply a report-through date here. Organizational receipts: non-memo ORG disclosures of types 10, 11 and 15, with 21Y/22Y refunds separate. Explicit reviewed name/state mappings are required for consolidated organization amounts. Unresolved names remain inspectable. No employee giving.
